Where have I been?!?!

Oh my goodness!! I have been MIA for over a month! In the blogging world, that pretty much means I died, right?!

Luckily that did not happen, I am still alive! I have just been running around this country like a crazy person!! :)

Ever since I got back from the Princess 1/2 Marathon (way back in February!), I have pretty much been on the road!  <-- the main reason my race re-cap has been missing!!!

Boomerang Trainer and long-time friend

First I traveled to Oconowoc, Wisconsin (where?!) for my very favorite work-related conference of the year! I got to spend 2 wonderful days being inspired by and playing with the folks at the Boomerang Project! It is always a joy and even though I had to drive the 6+ hours to the conference! Yuck!

I returned from Wisconsin late on a Friday night and had to drive up to the Twin Cities. It took me over 7 hours!! I was so sick of the car! I stayed that night at my sister's house and we ran the Get Lucky 1/2 marathon the next day!! Look for that recap coming soon!!


Two days later, I was off to yet another conference, this time in St. Louis. This conference was not very inspiring, nor was it very fun. I'm sad to report that I disliked the city of St. Louis, and probably won't be returning. On a positive note, I did get to catch up with some friends, and I didn't have to drive!!

I returned from St. Louis late Sunday, and on Wednesday, I was on my way to the Bay Area! I had some business to take care of in SF and made it into a mini-vacation!!

I had the best time running by the bay, and the ocean, sleeping, and enjoying the beauty of California!!

Now, I am finally back home, and trying to catch up!! I haven't done laundry in over a month!! Tomorrow is my birthday, and I am so tired, I just don't want to celebrate!!

As I slowly get things put back together, I am also trying to get back into a regular routine of blogging!!
